Job Description
This well-established asbestos and environmental consultancy is currently undergoing rapid expansion and now urgently need an experienced and competent Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Gloucester area. Applications from Cheltenham, Stroud, Cirencester, Tewkesbury and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Minimum requirements for this role:
Must possess the P402, P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the RSPH equivalent qualification.
Be well-versed with asbestos Health & Safety legislation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in surveying and air-monitoring within the asbestos industry.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
Main Responsibilities:
Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Overseeing contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Submitting comprehensive reports.
Maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
