Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Southend-on-Sea Essex
Salary / Benefits £ 22k – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst though to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Our client is a leading name within the asbestos industry, holding the UKAS accreditation, they work across the UK on a range of sites providing the full range of asbestos works. They are now looking to take on a qualified and enthusiastic Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Southend-on-Seaarea. The successful candidate will be covering contracts across the South East / London area and will ideally hold the P402, P403, P404 qualification and have experience undertaking surveying and analytical duties on a mixed range of sites. However, the company are also currently recruiting for Asbestos Surveyors and Asbestos Analysts are happy to receive CVs from candidates who hold the P402 or P403/4 qualifications and would who are looking to gain further P certs.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
” Will have extensive hands-on experience in the asbestos industry.
” Will have extensive knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislations.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Conducting Management & Refurbishment/Demolition/surveys on various properties.
” Carry out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on various buildings.
” Collating and writing comprehensive and accurate reports as and when required.
” Building and maintaining good working rapport with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
” Getting involved with other duties as and when required.
