Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Dartford, Southeast
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: We have a leading and multi-discipline environmental company, working across Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing, Educational sites for long standing clients. They are now looking to take on a qualified and self-motivated Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Dartford area. The successful candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 qualifications and will have extensive experience working within the Asbestos industry carrying out stage 4 clearances, and Air Monitoring, alongside the full range of Surveys; ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety Legislations. Consideration will also be given to candidates who hold either the P402 or the P403/4 qualification and who are looking for further module training.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402, P403, P404 or relevant RSPH qualifications.
” Will have experience working within the asbestos industry, ideally for a UKAS accredited consultancy.
” Must have excellent communication skills and ideally have experience using PDA / TRACKER systems.
” Must be well versed in relevant Health & Safety Legislations.
The Role:
” Carrying out Stage 4 Clearances.
” Undertaking smoke, background, leak, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Issuing certificates of re-occupation.
” Ensuring safe working practices amongst contractors.
” Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” Ensuring all work carried out on site is being undertaken in line with relevant Health & Safety Legislations.
” Using PDA / TRACKER systems to upload site specific detailed reports.
” Building and maintaining excellent rapport with new and existing clients.
