Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Glasgow, Central Scotland.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: A continuously growing, multi-discipline Environmental Consultancy with a national presence are now seeking to employ a competent and P402, P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Glasgow area. The successful candidate will have experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out 4 Stage clearances, air monitoring and Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys. Consideration would also be given to candidates holding the P402, looking to train in further Pcert modules.
Applications will be considered from: Paisley, Clydebank, Cumberland, Falkirk, Wishaw, Lanark, Linlithgow, Edinburgh, Queensferry, Rosyth, Dunfermline, Kirkaldy, Stirling.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will be an experienced surveyor / analyst / consultant within the Asbestos industry.
” Will hold a minimum of the P402 and ideally hold the P403, P404 (or RSPH) qualifications.
” Will have excellent working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Will have excellent communication skills and will be competent in using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
” Undertaking 4 Stage clearances, Smoke, Background, Leak, Re-occupation, and Personal air testing.
” Undertaking Management, Refurbishment, Demolition surveys on Healthcare, Manufacturing, Blue-chip and Retail sites.
” Producing re-occupation certificates to clients.
” Ensuing all contractors are carrying out safe working practices and ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems to produce site specific reports.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
