Job Description
Our client who is well know for providing a range of high quality asbestos services to a mixed portfolio of clients throughout the UK are currently looking to recruit an experienced and hardworking asbestos surveyor based in and around the Bradford area. The ideal candidate will hold the P402 certificate and have experience carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys predominantly working on industrial and commercial contracts. Consideration will also be give to candidate from Leeds, Huddersfield, Wakefield and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
” The applicant must have attained the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
” Previous experience working as a surveyor within the asbestos industry.
” Be well versed with the asbestos industry and procedures
” Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using the microsoft office package.
Key Role:
” Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of buildings including commercial and industrial.
” Collating and producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.
” Building and maintaining a good relationship with clients.
” Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
In general, the successful candidate will be a strong team player with a positive attitude.
