Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £23k – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Site Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Site Analyst
Profile: A UKAS accredited Asbestos Company with a long standing and friendly team are now looking to take on a motivated and hard working P403 / P404 qualified Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Sheffield area. The successful candidate will be working across short to long term removal projects for key domestic and commercial clients; carrying out leak, personal, reassurance and background Air Monitoring through to Asbestos Fibre Counting, 4 Stage Clearances and Visual Inspections. An attractive salary, company van and fuel card is on offer, alongside scope for further BOHS module training.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P403 / P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent) alongside extensive experience working as a Site Analyst across various removal projects.
” Will have excellent communication skills.
” Will be well versed with relevant Health and Safety regulations.
The Role:
” Undertaking Leak, Personal, Reassurance and Background Air Monitoring.
” On site Asbestos Fibre Counting, 4 Stage Clearances and Visual Inspections.
” Carrying out site audits in line with client needs.
” Liaising with Licenced Asbestos Removal contractors and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
” Issuing certificates of re-occupation.
” Use of correct PPE and Breathing Equipment.
” Building and maintaining an excellent rapport with existing and new clients.
” Using PDA / Tablet systems to complete job sheets.
