Vacancy Description:

Due to current state and strategic state of the business, this progressive and prominent water treatment/water hygiene company with a huge presence in the UK is actively seeking for enthusiastic self-driven and commercially focused Water Treatment Sales Manager/Director based ideally the North West or would also consider the South East/Midlands as this role entails UK wide.

Purpose of the Role:

Managing and selling/promoting the company's water treatment services.

Ideally, they are looking for an individual who must come from strong water treatment sales, business chemical, analytical, business development, consultancy, accounts, technical, training and planning, operational and management background.

Must have good formal education and proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must have excellent organizational, presentation people management and client facing skills within the Water Treatment industry.

Experience in managing large projects and contracts.

Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety Legislation within the water treatment/water hygiene.

Principal Role:

Cross selling the company's water treatment/water hygiene consultancy services and achieving sustainable growth strategically by delivering services effectively and successfully across the country.

Preparing quotes efficiently.

Dealing with tender quotes and preparing PPQ's documents, etc.

Managing the sales team effectively.

Attending business meetings as and when required.

Meeting new clients and conducting presentations as and when required.

Planning and reviewing and taking appropriate action.

Ensuring targets are achieved - Profit and loss.

Key Performance Indicators.

Liaising with clients from all levels and building and maintaining good relationship with clients.

Managing existing accounts whilst still generating new business leads.

Getting involved with training appraisals.
