Our client is a dynamic and successful company that provide market leading levels of energy, environmental and water management services to a diverse range clients. Our extensive list of long term clients range from Property Management, Facilities Management and the Building Services sector. Due to a rapid yet structured expansion, we have an additional requirement to recruit an experienced Water Management Consultant to join our West Yorkshire based office.


The successful applicant will be joining an existing team and will be responsible for the effective management and implementation of all water management services, which includes:

" Conducting risk assessments in accordance to the ACOP L8 guidelines
" Implementing effective control and management regimes
" Managing and programming clean and chlorination works,
" Managing and supervising control of heating and chilled water closed system analysis
" Additional duties will include producing reports
" Visiting corporate accounts,
" Building and maintaining relationships with clients at all levels.

Candidates will have successfully attended a recognised training course such as City and Guilds BS1,2,3 or 4; WMS advanced risk assessment or equivalent. However as company holding Investors In People (IIP) accreditation, development training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Previous experience of chemical and biological water sampling, with and understanding of basic water chemistry and a through knowledge of current legislation and guidance on the control of legionella bacteria and water quality is also required.

Preference will be given to applicants with excellent written communication skills and should be computer literate, able to work in a team environment and use their own initiative. A full UK driving license is essential to be considered for this position.
