Our client is an established medium siszed water treatment consultancy with over 50 consultants working across the UK. They have are now looking for a Regional Water Treatment Engineer to cover contracts in the South Wales/South West region.

The position is home based, and offer excellent salary/benefits package plus car.

The role would involve managing several sites, organising my time from a home office.
It would incorporate analysis of water treatment processes, ensuring that the water treatment programmes are compliant with current guidelines and are fit for purpose.
This includes monitoring water quality, installing, aiding in the design of and commissioning of chemical dosing facilities, whilst ensuring that the systems as a whole operate as efficiently as possible.
The basis of the role is water treatment process analysis; it would also involve dealing with a number of large food manufacturers, Other duties would involve in an advisory role and as a project manager on a number of projects with varying degrees of complexity and scale. These projects ranged from £10,000 to £400,000. Working closely with central management on these projects designed to improve the physical and biological quality of water.

Other duties includes site surveys coagulation pilot studies, contamination location, large scale filtration and water recycling schemes.
You would also been involved in site financial management, health and safety, quality assurance and management/sourcing of sub contractors.
