Our client is large multi disciplinary Environmental PLC that have office throughout the UK and World wide./ They are now seeking a Legionella risk assessor/ Water hygiene technicians required to work within a large national blue chip clients to cover contracts in the
South East. Duties will be to carry out regular, and one-off Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 risk assessments.

You will compile them into documents with schematic drawings, as well as producing final documents including for clients. An integral part of the role is providing recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measures through maintenance regimes, quotations, and carrying out such works based on the completed risk assessment.


The key objectives of the role would be a working knowledge of ACOP L8 and experience of carrying out L8 risk assessments

Good working knowledge of commercial and industrial water systems, supplies and water regulations governing these.

Quote for recommended remedial works and routine control measures to be implemented based on risk assessment reports.


Previous experience having attended an approved Risk Assessment course would be an obvious benefit.
Excellent Word Processing skills to enable a professional risk assessment document to be produced.
Quoting for remedial and control measures to be introduced.
