Our client is a medium to large Environmental Consultancy that have strategic based offices throughout the UK. Due to an expansion on their Legionella Side of the a business. They now looking for experienced Risk Assessor to cover contacts within London and the South East area.

The company has also expanded has a wide portfolio of contracts from commercial, local authority to industrial.

The company also has long term Government and Local Authority. The role will carry out Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 risk assessments. You will compile schematic drawings, as well as producing final documents including for clients. An integral part of the role is providing recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measures through maintenance regimes, quotations, and carrying out such works based on the risk assessment.

Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and experience of carrying out L8 risk assessments
Good working knowledge of commercial water systems, supplies and water regulations governing these. Carry out monthly temperature testing and water sampling.
Carry out survey of water systems and supplies as per ACOP L8.
Write up reports and Attend meeting with client to discuss findings of report.

You will ideally have attended an approved Risk Assessment course ideally city and guilds although this is not essential as full training will be given.
You must be self motivated and be able to work well on your own, be able to work under pressure..
