Our client is a leading supplier of high performance industrial and process water treatment chemicals company, that operate throughout the UK.

Over the years, the company has broadened its product range to include, amongst other things, water softeners, water filtration and filtration by reverse osmosis. They are now looking to recruit a Business Development Sales Manager to sell into end users and re sellers.

The ideal candidate will live within North West area and be expected to travel to suit the needs of the job. Previous experience in the Water Treatment Industry would be an advantage.

You will be expected to actively to sell promote and sell the company, its products and services to prospective clients thereby bringing in orders, which are profitable. Achieve sales targets in line with business strategy; grow the number and quality of opportunities for future achievement and Establish and manage effective working relationships with key emphasis on end user clients.

Other duties will include carrying out client management. Maintain the database with up to date and accurate information relating to your account base. Supporting the business in Marketing and related activities as directed by the Operations director. Develop the Services business in assigned areas. Maintain high level of product knowledge and industry application.
