The Main purpose of role: is to gain major national account business for the Water Services in the following key market sectors" Food Manufacturing / General ManufacturingKey responsibilities:Identify Top 50 prospects within each defined market sectorBuild multi level relationships with these Top 50 Clients using Senior management within their Compliance as part of the processDevelop a business plan incorporating the use of a number of sales channels to create opportunities including Direct Mail, E-Mailers, Client Referrals, Client Entertainment, Direct Approach, Seminars, Exhibitions, Sales LeadsAchieve Sales Target both for annual value and in year contribution.Achieve Annualised Sales Target and In Year Target, Achieve 40% Conversion Ratio on bids submitted. Opportunity generation Plan created and monitored.Develop and Maintain Accurate Top 50 for each market segment with accurate client data including number and scope of outletsDevelop and maintain Blue Sheet Strategic Analysis sheet for Top 50 prospectsSales Results / Monthly ForecastMonthly Rolling Conversion ratioOpportunity Generation Budget vs. ActualExperience/knowledge required:Experience of selling high value (£1m t/o>)service based contracts to FTSE 500 Companies, selling at Board Level / Senior Management for a minimum of 3/ 5 yearsWorking experience within Water Services and within this key target market sector of Food manufacturing and General Manufacturing - Knowledge of contacts, clients etcOperational Experience within FM / Compliance Sector desirableAbilities:" Must be IT literate in all Microsoft Office software" Ability to adapt to differing client personalities" First class questioning and listening skills" Confident Presentation Skills" Able to write persuasively utilising Feature, Advantage, Benefit" Ability to think strategically" Technical biasAttributes:" Self Motivated" Strong Interpersonal Skills " Strong presence and confidence" Persistent and tenacious" Inspires others" Highly persuasiveThe company offers an excellent salary/package/bonus. We are currently recruiting in the Water Treatment/Water Hygiene/Legionella markets and have 10-20 clients in each region of the paying. They are looking for Legionella Risk Assessors, Water Treatment/Service Engineers, Water Treatment Accounts/Sales/Project/Technical/Operational Managers through to Director Level.
