Our client is a Legionella/Water Mangement Consultancy based in the Hamapshire region. They work with large blue chip clients across the UK. They are now looking for a Service based Maneger. The Service Team consists of office and field-based staff.The following represents the core responsibilities:1. Ensuring that we work safely and in compliance with the clients Health & Safety policy at all times2. Ensuring we keep up with all service commitments3. Ensuring that we work as efficiently as possible4. Ensuring that a high quality of service is maintained at all times.This will necessitate the following duties, although this is not an exhaustive list:Monitoring the implementation of the clients Health & Safety procedures on siteMonitoring quality of field and office service work including production of all documentationDaily contact with field-based service personnel, giving feedback on performance against target where appropriate for the following:i. service visits completed/not completed that dayii. service visits planned for the following dayiii. catching up any missed visitsiv. other service-related mattersAccumulation and monitoring of Weekly Activity Reports from field-based service personnelWorkload planningRecruitment, training, appraisal and development of all service staffEnsuring that service staff are properly equipped to do their jobsEnsuring that service paperwork is safely channelled to/from the officeTroubleshootingMonitoring of costs against budgetsManaging and disciplining service staff as appropriate and in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.The company offers a competive salary, package and benefits.
