Our client is diversified chemical company provides innovative products, services and solutions to customers around the globe in diverse sectors such as Water Treatment and Management.Primarily we are looking for someone with Water Treatment experience, and a chemistry related degree, along with sales and/or service experience. The position/contracts will be absed MIDLANDS - WEST MIDLANDS - area. Candidates to preferably have Water Treatment experience, qualifications - chemistry related to degree standard (preferred). There is approximately 50/50 split on sales and service between existing customers and new business. The type of people that would be dealt with in this role are Technical Managers and Engineering Managers. The typical account value is £10,000 - £50,000 per annum. Typical order value is from £200 to a few thousand pounds. They will be expected to look for their own prospects and to generate their own sales leads. The type of industries to sell into are within food and beverage, heavy engineering, dairy, plastics and chemicals.Benefit Package - Car/Mobile/Lap Top/Pension/BUPA salary dependant upon qualifications and experience, plus excellent commission rates for reaching target set on all additional chemical sales on top, so earnings are open ended.There is only one stipulation for this role, other than the relevant qualifications and experience, and that is that the candidate MUST live within the Midlands area.
