This expanding multi-disciplinary company is presently looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor/Consultant to cover various contracts in and around the South East area.

They are looking for a keen individual who must have varied experience working within this role and within the legionella control industry.

You will ideally have attended an approved Risk Assessment course ideally City and Guilds or have had internal training courses or holding the P901 and P902 would be beneficial and must have good working knowledge of commercial and industrial water systems, supplies and water regulations governing these.


The role will entail carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 risk assessments, producing schematic drawings and final documents including for clients.

Part of the role is providing recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measures through to quotations, and carrying out such works based on the risk assessment.

Carrying out monthly temperature testing and water sampling.

Carrying out survey of water systems and supplies as per ACOP L8.

Writing up reports and attending meetings with clients to discuss findings of reports.

Overall, the successful candidate will be flexible, have the ability to work independently and be prepared to travel.
