The main duties will include job positing, carrying out CV searches, liaising with senior consultants, checking availability of candidates, matching potential candidates to unfilled positions and arranging interviews. Other duties may include carrying out reception duties and actively maintaining the database on a regular basis.

Good telephone manner, strong administration skills and excellent organisational skills are necessary for role. In addition to this proficient use of Microsoft Office packages is necessary; particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
