Accounts Recruitment Consultant, York, £18,000 - £30,000 basic with £10,000 - £30,000 bonus

They are looking to recruit an Accounts Recruitment Consultant/Accounts Manager. You must have at least three to six months recruiting consulting experience.

Your role will involve maintaining existing accounts on a daily basis, liaising with senior management, sourcing clients, screening and interviewing candidates, taking incoming calls, writing job specifications, negotiating salaries, providing up to date advice on market trends, conditions and strategies. You must be a team player with sociable and personable demeanor, have good customer service skills and proficient use of IT Packages particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

The company is looking for self-motivated conscientious committed individuals to join their successful team. In return the company is offering a salary between 18-30k basic salaries with 10-30k bonus payments.
