Our client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy covering a range of asbestos, legionella and other services. Due to further growth of the business, they are seeking to employ an Occupational Hygiene Consultant in South Yorkshire.

Ideally they are looking for a candidate who has a science degree or equivalent, ideally the BOHS certificate in Occupational Hygiene and who has at least two years previous experience in consultancy environment/UKAS accredited environment.

Your role will entail undertaking a wide range of occupational hygiene related projects such as workplace air-monitoring, COSHH assessments, noise surveys, local exhaust ventilation (LEV examination and testing indoor air quality surveys.

Training and developing team members, managing accounts of occupational hygiene work and liaising with various clients.

You will have excellent communications skills both written and verbal.

Basically they are looking for professional you would bring in and develop the Occupational Hygiene side of the business.
