Our client has rapidly become the leading asbestos risk management, asbestos surveying and asbestos consultancy provider in the UK. They are now branching out into fire risk assessment and due to continued growth they are now looking for an Asbestos Surveyor/Fire Risk Assessor to join their team in the South East.

The post holder should have a recognized knowledge of Fire Safety and it is imperative that you have the Fire Service qualifications and fire risk assessment qualification (NEBOSH, IFE) in connection with technical fire safety regulations and above all you will have at least five years' proven experience in this field.

As an Asbestos Surveyor/Fire Risk Assessor you will be undertaking risk assessments in various buildings, using Fire Safety knowledge to inspect the safety of the buildings, assessing the performance of the building and its compliance with the Regulatory Reform Order 2005 or BS9999.

You will also have experience in undertaking asbestos surveys and be responsible for the technical background and should have a good report writing skills, be self-motivated and work on your own initiative on various projects.
