The applicant must have previous demonstrable experience within this role and within the asbestos industry.

The role will mainly entail undertaking demolition work and supervising work on site - ensuring all works comply with the Health and Safety and CDM regulations.

Overall, the candidate will be an all-rounder, flexible, have good communication skills and have the ability to work on initiative.
