We are currently on a recruitment drive for a medium to large Asbestos Client that provides environmental, planning and management services. The company is now looking to recruit a Lead Asbestos Surveyor to work from the companies South East offices in covering projects within the M25. Candidates will have at least 2 years asbestos experience, with at least one of those years working as a lead surveyor on MDHS 100 compliant surveys.

This consultancy has been successful in securing several long term contracts, mainly within the Commercial Sector. The role will mainly be site based. You will be reporting into the Asbestos Contracts Manager

The primary role as Lead Asbestos Surveyor will be to undertake type 1, 2 and 3 surveys and project managing asbestos removals work. In addition to site survey work and associated collation of reports and documents, the candidate will also be responsible for providing quotations and specifications for clients. This role will entail client liaison and project management so successful candidates must be experienced in dealing with clients on a regular basis

The candidate should have a full UK driving licence and hold P402 qualification as a minimum and S301 would be advantageous.
