We are currently recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Project Manager to join one of the UK's leading and largest UKAS accredited asbestos risk management companies. They are now looking to recruit an Asbestos Project Manager to work on projects within the South West area. This role is a senior position so successful candidates will be required to train junior staff and make sure all work is carried out to strict company guidelines.

The company carries out asbestos surveys, air monitoring and bulk sample testing at sites throughout the UK.

The principal role will be to manage high value asbestos surveys and to project manage asbestos removal. In addition you must have experience of dealing with a varied portfolio of clients and building types, have the ability to work closely with asbestos removal contractors and the HSE, write tender specifications and conduct tender escorts and tender appraisals.

Ideally candidates will have worked within the asbestos industry for a minimum of five years and will possess P402, S301 and Oral qualifications.
