Job Description: The successful applicant will be responsible for the analysis of asbestos samples to ascertain whether any asbestos is present. Responsible to the Laboratory Manger. Analysis will be conducted using a polarised light microscope. Additionally you will be required to complete bulk identification sheets and attend operational team meetings when required. Other duties will include looking after the laboratory equipment and stock levels and ensuring that samples are disposed of in the appropriate manner.

Length of Contract: Permanent

Salary: £13k - £17k

Experience: At least 6 months preferably.
