Our client is an Asbestos UKAS accredited company, UK wide and have a mixed portfolio, council, hospital work and demolition work.

Currently they have a requirement for a Lead Asbestos Surveyor in Northamptonshire directly reporting to site.

The applicant must hold the Asbestos P402 qualification, but holding the Asbestos P403, Asbestos P404 qualifications would be beneficial and you must also have an all round experience in the Asbestos Industry.

The role will entail carrying Asbestos Type 1, Asbestos Type 2, Asbestos Type 3 Asbestos Surveys and project manage asbestos work.

The remainder of the role is devoted to project management and client liaison including preparation of fee proposals, plus technical co-ordination and auditing in line with the companies UKAS procedures, thus must be experienced in dealing with clients on a regular basis.

Other duties will include managing junior staff and training them on site and carrying out consultancy duties.
