Due to an increasing demand for their specialist services the company is now seeking to employ an Asbestos Surveyor in the North West of England. This position is home based and will require you to report regularly to the North East based office.

A prerequisite of this role is that the successful applicant must hold the Asbestos and P401 and P402 qualification and have at least one years' experience working within the industry, preferably in a similar role. Also holding both the Asbestos P403 and P404 qualification along with some experience in air monitoring and 4stage clearances would be beneficial but is not essential to the role.

The main duties of this role involve undertaking Asbestos management, demolition and refurbishment surveys on various types of buildings, both commercial and industrial.

Key competencies required for the role include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and good time management skills.
