Our client is a well-established asbestos consultancy and is UKAS accredited. They currently provide a comprehensive range of services to clients. Such services provided include air monitoring, surveying and analytical services. This company aims to do first class business in a first class way to enable them to deliver practical suitable solutions to meet the needs of their clients.

Due to the increasing workload, the company is currently looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor in the North Wales region to help provide asbestos surveying and consulting services to existing clients.

All successful applicants must hold the Asbestos P401 and P402 qualification and have ideally 12 months experience working within the Asbestos Industry in a similar position. Proficient use of various Microsoft Packages is also required for this role. Holding the asbestos P403 and P404 qualification along with experience in air monitoring and 4 stage clearances would be advantageous but is not necessary.

Key duties which need to be performed under this role are management, demolition and refurbishment surveys on various buildings (both residential and commercial).

Good organisational skills are vital as you will need to be able to prioritise and organize your workload. In addition to this you must have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team when required. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure are also crucial for this position since you will need to be able to work to tight deadlines.
