A UKAS accredited Asbestos/Environmental Risk Management Company requires an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst holding the P402, P403 and P404 qualifications who would ideally be signed off to do offshore work. You will be based in North Scotland whilst not working offshore. They are are looking for a candidate that has proven experience within the asbestos field.

The main duties will entail carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual 4 stage clearance and re-occupation and personal air-testing on various buildings - commercial and residential.

Other duties will include overseeing contractors carrying out asbestos removal work and assisting senior surveyors on type 1, 2, 3, asbestos surveys, producing asbestos reports and liaising with high profile clients.

The candidate should be up to date with the Health & Safety legislation in relation to asbestos and you must be flexible and willing to travel.
