A UKAS accredited Asbestos/Environmental Risk Management Company requires an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst holding the Asbestos P402, P403 and P404 certificates to cover regional contracts in North Scotland. The candidate must have surveying and air-monitoring experience within the asbestos field.

The main duties will entail carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air-testing.

Carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on various properties - commercial and industrial, producing asbestos reports as and when required.

Supervising asbestos contractors on site.

Developing client relationships - hence you will have good client-facing skills.

You will have a good knowledge of the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.

The successful candidate must be able to work on own initiative and will not only get involved with asbestos surveying/air-monitoring duties but also offer consultation advice to the company's large client portfolio.
