Due to an increased workload a large asbestos/environmental company is looking for an enthusiastic Asbestos Regional Contracts Manager to move their business forward to the next level - winning and managing work for the company in the North East.

Ideally you must have a proven track record in a similar role with knowledge of contracting process (commercial, technical, estimating, planning and financial) within the asbestos field.

Additionally, you will have good experience in management skills, leadership and people management and have a proven record of being able to mange projects to completion.

You will have sound knowledge of the Health & Safety regulations and understanding of the control of asbestos regulations - large and small sites.

Liaising with various clients and producing management report using company procedures within timescales

Overseeing asbestos contractors on site

The work involves working with people of all levels within organisations.
