Our client has is an asbestos removal & asbestos management company that is part of a large international Group. The company assists in the management of asbestos removal or abatement to minimise the exposure, liability & the costs to clients. Due to some continued expansion the company is now eager to recruit an experienced Asbestos Contracts Managers to work in the North East area of the UK. You will reporting working for the Operations Director you will carry out management duties on medium & large scale asbestos projects covering the North East and Scotland.

This ambitious client has many years experience in both asbestos removal and asbestos management. The company assists in the management of asbestos removal or abatement to minimise the exposure, liability and the costs to clients.

Working for the Operatins Director the Contracts Manager will carry out management duties on medium and large scale projects.

Other Duties will include:
Client relationship nurturing and development
Responsible for delivery of improved and accurate management reporting
Overseeing work carried out by removal teams
Identify, win, and develop client accounts
Produce monthly management reports using company procedures within set timescales
Make recommendations for improvements in client service and delivery
