Our client provides complete range of asbestos management solutions to all property owners under the current Asbestos Regulations. As one of the largest asbestos consultants in the UK, they provide a complete range of asbestos related services from asbestos surveys to the planning and supervision of asbestos removal works. They are now looking for an Asbestos Consultant for their North East office.

The successful applicant will have experience in carrying out smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearance and re-occupation and personal air testing to clients.

Additional duties will include overseeing contractors, carrying out removal work and assisting senior surveyors on type 1, 2 and 3 surveys. All work is carried out in accordance with MDHS 39/4 Asbestos Fibres in Air, so the successful candidate should be up to date with current regulations. Applicants will ideally have their P402, P403, P404 or s301 certificate.
