Our client is an ambitious Asbestos removal and management company with offices throughout the UK. The company assists in the management of asbestos removal or abatement to minimise the exposure, liability and the costs to clients, all whilst retaining quality standards. The company is now eager to recruit an experienced Asbestos Contracts Manager with a proven industry track record to cover the North of England region.

The Contracts Manager will carry out management duties on medium and large scale asbestos projects. The position will involve tendering and managing contracts and liaising with clients. You will be expected to attend meetings and assist the team in generating new business.

Other duties will include:

Client relationship nurturing and development of new and existing business
Responsible for delivery of improved and accurate management reporting
Overseeing work carried out by removal teams
Identify, win, and develop client accounts
Produce monthly management reports using company procedures within set timescales
Make recommendations for improvements in client service and delivery

This is a demanding role and will require a proven background in the industry. Self motivation, good communication skills and proven business skills are all essential ingredients for the right candidate.
