A leading accredited asbestos management consultancy in the UK that offers a full range of asbestos/environmental services. Due to on-growth of the business, they require an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst who must hold the Asbestos P402/P403/P404 certificates to cover contracts in the North of England. They are looking for an individual who has surveying and air-monitoring experience within the asbestos field.

Your role will entail undertaking asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on various buildings,

You will also be required to carry out smoke, background, leak reassurance, reoccupation, personal air-testing, visual and 4 stage clearances.

Other responsibilities will include overseeing asbestos contractors carrying out removal work ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.

You will be liaising with clients on a regular basis.

In general, you will be an all-rounder, flexible and manage own workload.
