A fast growing asbestos removal company that provides various asbestos services to clients across the UK is currently seeking for a self-motivated Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager to cover mainly public sector contracts in the North.

This role requires you to have at least three years' demonstrable experience within the asbestos industry.

As an Asbestos Contracts Removal Manager, you will be overseeing/managing all projects - managing asbestos surveyors and analysts and supervising asbestos contractors on site on day to day basis and ensuring that all work is carried out to strict company guidelines.

You will also be responsible for producing full and comprehensive asbestos reports, handling method statements and risk assessments and working in accordance with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.

Writing tender specifications and conducting tender escorts and tender appraisals.

Ensuring good client relationship is maintained at all times.

Identifying, winning, and developing client accounts.

In general, you will be flexible, have excellent communication/organisational skills, have good management and supervisory skills and have the ability to take the business to the next level.
