Our client is a leading Asbestos Management Consultancy in the UK offering a full range of asbestos management services and due to continued growth a requirement for an Asbestos Analyst has arisen in the Newcastle area which will be site based work

The candidate must have at least two experience in the Asbestos Industry and must hold the Asbestos P403, P404 (ideally Asbestos P402) qualifications.

The main duties of the applicant would be carrying on-site monitoring in accordance with Asbestos HSE procedures.

Monitoring of asbestos remediation works, alongside the preparation of asbestos air- test reports and certification of reoccupation on site and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Maintaining good working relationship with customers ensuring any changes in work content or periodicity are made to the customer's satisfaction.

The applicant must have experience in carry out asbestos smoke tests, asbestos air tests including asbestos background, asbestos leak, asbestos clearance, asbestos reassurance and asbestos personal samples, asbestos visual examinations, asbestos four-stage clearances in the most cost-effective manner ensuring that the customer's requirements are met.
