Our client is a leading Thermal Insulation and Asbestos Management providers are looking for an Asbestos Branch Operations Manager to join our expanding team.

The candidate must be/have:

oAsbestos removal experience essential, thermal insulation experience desirable.
oUp to date knowledge of asbestos removal and health and safety regulations essential.
oExperience of managing site operatives, junior managers and admin staff.
oExperience of project pricing and management.
oAbility to problem solve and communicate with all levels of staff
oFamiliar with Microsoft Office Tools
oFull Driving license


Key responsibilities;

oMonitor project performance in the asbestos removal and insulation divisions.
oMonitor and report on branch financial performance
oMonitor negotiations and inception of projects
oMonitor and ensure the quality of service provision
oMonitor and ensure health and safety standards are maintained
oImplement and monitor pricing structures
oImplement change and improvement plans
oProvide specialist advice and knowledge both internally and externally
oResponsibility for branch employee conduct and ethics
oDevelop professional relationships with current and new clients
oPricing of potential asbestos removal and insulation works from site visits / tender packages / drawings


Salary
Competitive salary based on experience with package (including company vehicle, healthcare and provision of pension).
