An asbestos consultancy that offers professional advice and services in relation to asbestos is presently seeking to recruit an Asbestos Lab Analyst in Midlands area. The applicant must hold the Asbestos P401 qualification and must have at least six months previous experience within the asbestos field.

Your main duties will entail carrying out analysis of asbestos bulk samples to determine the asbestos content with reference to HSE publication MDHS 77. Booking samples received from the site into the laboratory, producing asbestos reports and typing certificates detailing the sample analysis findings.

Liaising with clients on a daily basis with regards to asbestos queries. You must adhere to relevant Health and Safety procedures in relation to asbestos.
