A large multi-disciplinary organisation specialising in asbestos/environmental issues is currently looking for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst holding the Asbestos P402, P403, P404 qualifications to cover high value contracts around the mid-Kent area, for which you must have demonstrable relevant work experience.

Holding the Asbestos P401, P404, P406, S301, Asbestos CCP, MEWPS, PASMA and Confined Space Training qualifications would be an added bonus.

The main duties will entail carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual 4 stage clearance and re-occupation and personal air-testing.

Other duties will include overseeing contractors carrying out asbestos removal work and assisting senior surveyors on Type 1/2 Management surveys and Type 3 Refurbishment & Demolition surveys, producing asbestos reports and client liaison.

The candidate should be conversant with current relevant Health & Safety legislation.
