A well -established and UKAS accredited consultancy that provides a wide range of asbestos related services is currently looking for a Senior Asbestos Consultant holding the Asbestos P402, P403 and P404 certificates to cover contracts around London and Essex area. They are looking for an individual who comes from a strong asbestos background and who has on-site experience within the asbestos field.

The candidate must have experience in carrying out type 1, 2 and 3 asbestos surveys on commercial and industrial buildings and also have experience in carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing.

Other duties will include overseeing asbestos contractors carrying out removal work and providing quality services and information to clients on a regular basis and must have knowledge of all current asbestos Health & Safety regulations.

You must be prepared to be involved in all aspects of asbestos site work, which will involve compiling recommendations and approving reports as necessary and project managing.
