This fast growing UKAS accredited company that provides clients an array of services to clients is presently looking for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover a mixture of contracts in and around the Kent area.

The applicant must hold the Asbestos P402, P403 and P404 certificates must also have previous demonstrable asbestos surveying and air-monitoring experience within the asbestos sector.

The candidate will be required to carry out smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing.

Supervising contractors on site and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the relevant Health and Safety procedures.

Undertaking out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.

Liaising with the company's portfolio of clients on a regular basis.

In general, you will be an all-rounder, flexible, have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to work on own initiative.
