Our client provides a complete range of asbestos management solutions to all property owners under the current Asbestos Regulations. They are one of the largest asbestos consultancies in the UK, they provide a complete range of asbestos related services from asbestos surveys to the planning and supervision of asbestos removal works. They work with large Blue chip clients across the UK.

They are now looking to recruit an Asbestos Regional Manager for a newly established office in Northern Ireland You will be responsible for overseeing project work, full and comprehensive report writing, business development and client liaison ensuring the branch is a sustainable part of the business. You will primarily be reparting and supporting the Directors.

In addition you must have experience of dealing with a varied portfolio of clients and building types, have the ability to work closely with asbestos removal contractors and the HSE, write tender specifications and conduct tender escorts and tender appraisals.

You will be involved in Managing a small but but expanding team of Surveyors/Analysts, staff training and development.

Ideally, the successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years experience the asbestos industry and have at least 24 months experience in the related field. candidates would ideally have BOHS S301, CCP and P402/P405 qualifications.
