Our client is a successful asbestos management company with offices in London and Hampshire

They are seeking a Lead Surveyor who is ambitious, meticulous and looking for a challenge.

The challenge is to grow the Surveying Division year on year with the aid of additional surveyors as and when required.

Based in Hampshire the candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience and be P402 qualified. Good time management and planning skills along with
the ability to ensure workloads and targets are met are essential to ensure client expectations and repeat business are achieved. Reporting directly to the managing director the candidate will be expected to ensure surveys and management reports are produced to a standard that precludes the company and our clients from legal exposure.

To review the possibility of the company becoming a UKAS accredited testing facility and if feasible to implement and attain the UKAS accreditation.

To have overall responsibility and control for monitoring and ensuring the company Asbestos Policy is kept up to date and the standards maintained within the company.

In conjunction with the Contracts Managers ensure that all risk assessments are reviewed on at least an annual basis.

It is the company's intention to target our current and potential clients to provide them with Asbestos Awareness Training Courses. Coursework has been produced. There is an option to also expand the business into this area.
