A UKAS accredited Asbestos/Environmental Risk Management Company requires an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst holding the Asbestos P402, P403 and P404 certificates to cover regional contracts in Greater Manchester. Occasionally you will be required to travel further afield. The candidate must have proven experience within the asbestos field.

The main duties will entail carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual 4 stage clearance and re-occupation and personal air-testing on various buildings - commercial and residential.

Other duties will include overseeing contractors carrying out asbestos removal work and assisting senior surveyors on type 1, 2, 3, asbestos surveys, producing asbestos reports and liaising with high profile clients.

The candidate should be up to date with the Health & Safety legislation in relation to asbestos
