A national asbestos consultancy that deals with asbestos/environmental issues is presently looking for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst holding the Asbestos P402, P403, P404 certificates to work in Greater Manchester area. The candidate must have the relevant experience within the asbestos sector.

The main duties will entail carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual 4 stage clearance and re-occupation and personal air-testing.

Other duties will include overseeing contractors carrying out asbestos removal work and assisting senior surveyors on type 1, 2, 3, asbestos surveys on buildings, producing asbestos reports and liaising with various clients on a regular basis.

The candidate should be up to date with the Health & Safety regulation in relation to asbestos.
