A reputable asbestos consultancy dealing with all asbestos/environmental issues is looking for an Asbestos Surveyor Bulk Analyst holding the Asbestos P401, and P402 certificates to cover contracts in Greater Manchester.

Ideally the candidate will have proven experience in asbestos surveys and bulk analysis within the asbestos field.

As an Asbestos Surveyor Bulk ID Analyst your main role will entail undertaking asbestos type 1, 2 and 3 surveys on various buildings - commercial and industrial.

Your responsibilities will include carrying out analysis of bulk samples to determine the asbestos content in relation to HSE publications MDHS 77. Additional duties will include completing technical paperwork, booking samples received from site, typing certificates of analysis and general laboratory duties.

You will be liaising with clients on regular basis, thus good communications skills are required.
