A fast growing asbestos/environmental consultancy that provides specialist advice and services in all asbestos related issues is actively looking for an Asbestos Project Manager who must hold that Asbestos P402, P403, P404 or S301/CCP qualifications to join their team in Glasgow.

The candidate must have strong asbestos consultancy background and must have at least three years proven experience within the asbestos field.

The applicant will be responsible for the management of a team of asbestos surveyors and analysts working on projects and overseeing asbestos contractors.

You will play a part by ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.

Assist with tendering as and when required.

Provide quality technical services and information to the high profile clients - hence you will have good communication skills at all levels both written and oral.

Complete recommendations and approve reports as necessary.

Manage time effectively.

Other duties will include getting involved in the UKAS accreditation.
