We are currently on a recruitment drive for two Lead Asbestos Surveyers. Our clients is small but established consultancy that has been around for 20 years and specialises in Asbestos Surveying, and have a number of large mixed portfolio of contracts that have arisen for Type 3 and Re Inspections.

Our client is UKAS accreditted, and are paying excellent salary/packages for the right candidates, our client also provides environmental, planning and management services. Due to the recent asbestos regulatory changes that affect a wide range of property professionals including Landlords, Facility Managers, Developers, Construction Companies etc this consultancy has been successful in securing several long term contracts.

The company is now looking to recruit two Asbestos Surveyors to work from the companies Glasgow office. The primary role as Asbestos Surveyor will be to undertake type 1, 2 and 3 surveys and project managing asbestos removals work. In addition to site survey work and associated collation of reports and documents, the candidate will also be responsible for providing quotations and specifications for clients. This role will entail client liaison and project management so successful candidates must be experienced in dealing with clients on a regular basis

Candidates will have at least 6 months post graduate asbestos experience. The candidate should have a full UK driving licence and hold P402 qualification,
