Our client is an established asbestos/environmental consultancy and offers a comprehensive range of asbestos, occupational hygiene and other environmental testing services.

Due to continued growth of the business, they are actively looking to employ an all-rounder Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover regionalised work and contracts in East Yorkshire.

The candidate must hold the Asbestos P402, P403 and P404 certificates must also have demonstrable asbestos surveying and air-monitoring experience within the asbestos sector.

As an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst you will be required to carry out smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing.

Supervise asbestos contractors on site and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the relevant Health and Safety procedures.

Carry out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on a variety of properties - commercial and industrial and produce comprehensive asbestos reports.

Liaise with the company's portfolio of clients.

In general, you must be flexible, come across as confident, have good communication skills and have the ability to work on own initiative.
