Our client is an established asbestos consultancy with offices throughout the UK; due to continued growth they are now seeking Asbestos Surveyors/Analysts with the P402, P403 and P404 qualification to work from their East Midlands office.

Duties will include:

To undertake building surveys in relation to asbestos materials
Carry out environmental monitoring in relation to asbestos
Analysis of bulk samples for the presence of asbestos fibre
Preparation of reports associated with surveys, analysis and monitoring.
Advise clients, contractors, etc on asbestos and associated hazards.

Analysts/Surveyors must perform satisfactorily in the in-house Quality system. Lead Asbestos Surveyors must have P402 as a minimum, equivalent or superior qualification Lead Surveyors to have working knowledge of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002 and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994.

Positions from Trainee Asbestos Surveyor to Lead Surveyor, Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Laboratory Technician, Asbestos Quality and Technical Manager positions are available through to Director level.
